Canvas roll is usually stretched across a wooden frame called a stretcher and maybe coated with gesso prior to being used to prevent paint from coming into direct contact with the canvas fibres which would eventually cause the canvas to decay. Our shop is stocked with pré-primed canvas on roll with a size of 2.10 x 10m. Our Deep Edge 3D canvas comes in a large variety of sizes and is made with 100% cotton.
